The Accommodation
The accommodation comprises a large (33 sq mts) open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with bathroom off. Stairs lead up to a spacious gallery bedroom, normally laid out with a king sized double bed (or two single beds on request). The open, airy living accommodation is comfortably furnished with a mixture of new and period pieces to give a pleasing country effect, and has a number of interesting features including a unique semi-circular stained glass window. The accommodation has full gas central heating (under your control and included in the price), and a TV, video and CD/radio/tape player.
For those of you who are outdoor enthusiasts, there is a lockable, heated storeroom where fishing tackle, cycles etc. can be kept and outdoor clothing dried. Outside there is a paved parking area adjacent to the front door, and a patio area with a built-in barbecue and garden furniture for guest's exclusive use. Y Beudy was converted in 2001, and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It is inspected annually by the Welsh Tourist Board and is graded Four Star (excellent).
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, full cooker, microwave cooker and refrigerator. There are outdoor drying facilities, and also a tumble dryer in the storeroom for your exclusive use. The store room also houses a freezer for your use.
